Refund policy

We want you to love your Golden Labs supplements—but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.

We accept returns and exchanges within seven (7) days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or refund, the bottle(s) must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. For health and safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept opened or used products, but we may offer flexibility in certain situations—just reach out.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@goldenlabsupplements.com or use the contact form on our website. (This step is required—we’ll provide the return address and full instructions.)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment, and you’ll get a confirmation email once it’s processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
